September & October Featured Wines
2024 Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc
Stone Peach, Meyer Lemon and Honeycrisp Apple
This is a Sauvignon Blanc you'll want to linger over. Notes of stone fruit and citrus are backed by a layer of creamy vanilla, thanks to the six months this wine spends in French oak — just enough toast to make for a lush, rich Sauvignon Blanc.
Pairs with: Sunday afternoons when you're feeling fancy: seafood ceviche or trout amandine. Or go casual with mac and cheese, your favorite store-bought rotisserie chicken, or grilled cheese with white wine jelly.
2022 Kit's Killer Cab, Cabernet Sauvignon
Blueberry, Blackberry and Cocoa
Co-founder Kit Crawford tasted the first barrel samples of this wine 20 years ago and declared it "killer" — meaning delicious. The name stuck.
The aromas jump from the glass to greet you: blueberry, blackberry, bright red fruit, cocoa and cedar. When you dream of a delicious Napa Valley Cabernet, this is what you find. It's the perfect wine for slowing down and saying ahhh, I deserve this. Polish up the nice glasses for this one.
Pairs with: a home-cooked meal on a quiet evening, or when you want to fancy up takeout. If you're ordering delivery, we suggest Korean BBQ short ribs. Cooking at home? Whip together some shish kebabs with veggies and steak, or snack with mushroom quesadillas.
2023 Bici Red Blend
Plum, Blackberry and Cherry
Bright fruit and deep spice with a lift that keeps every sip lively. When you need a wine that goes with anything and everything and pleases the whole crowd… we suggest the Bici Red.
The 2023 vintage is 65% Grenache and 35% Syrah: lip-smacking, juicy and made for fall flavors.
