N’duja Ricotta with Red Wine Jelly and Thyme

Ingredients

1 cup Bellwether Farms Jersey Milk Ricotta
½ cup Journeyman Meat Co. N’duja (spreadable salumi)
1 Tbsp Clif Family Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Clif Family Red Wine Jelly, for topping
2 tsp aged sherry vinegar
Rustic Bakery Tart Cherry, Almond and Cacao Nib Crisps to serve
1.5 tsp salt

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, N’duja, olive oil, salt and sherry vinegar and mix until completely homogenous.
Spread on Rustic Bakery Tart Cherry, Almond and Cacao Nib Crisps (or cracker of choice).
Top with a small dollop of Clif Family Red Wine Jelly and sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves to garnish.
