Organically Farmed in the Heart of Napa Valley
Long before a wine is poured or a jar of preserves is opened, there is the farm. Over 100 acres of organically and regeneratively farmed land in Napa Valley — vineyards, orchards, olive groves, and gardens — tended with care, purpose, and a deep respect for the soil beneath our feet. This is where our products start. And it flavors everything we make.
Good Farming Is The Whole Point
Behind every organically farmed acre is a person who shows up every day with the future in mind. Our farming team tends the soil with care and intention, working with the land so the next generation inherits something better than what we started with.
No-till cultivation, cover cropping, managed sheep grazing — these aren't buzzwords, they're our daily practice. We actively build soil health and draw carbon back into the ground with every passing season, because when you treat the land like it matters, everything that comes from it tastes like it too.
Our farmer and chef work side by side, so what gets harvested in the morning can end up on your plate by afternoon. Whether at the Food Truck, alongside a wine pour in the Tasting Room, or captured in a jar of small-batch jam or hot sauce.
We don't just farm organically — we farm with the future in mind, building the soil back up with every season so the next generation inherits something better than what we started with. That's what regenerative farming means to us, and you can taste it in everything that comes off this land.
