Yes. Digital gift cards are available in $25, $50, $75, $100, $125, $150, $200 and $400. They’re delivered by email with redemption instructions, and the recipient enters the code at checkout on cliffamily.com. Because they’re digital, they’re the best option when you’ve run out of time to ship.
We pour seven days a week at our tasting room at 709 Main Street in downtown St. Helena, and we host virtual tastings for people who can’t get to Napa. Yes. Order anything to your own address and wrap it however you like. One thing to plan for: wine requires an adult 21+ signature on delivery, so it can’t be sent to a PO box — use an address where someone will be home.
Yes. For fewer than 10 gifts, you can do it yourself at cliffamily.com and enter each recipient’s address at checkout. At 10 gifts or more, our gifting portal is faster and less expensive: volume pricing starts at 10 sets, you can upload a recipient list, and we validate the addresses for you. Yes — through our gifting portal you can send an e-gift and let the recipient pick their own favorites from a curated set of options. It’s a good answer when you don’t know whether someone is a red drinker or a jam-on-everything person.
Orders generally ship within about 48 hours. You’ll receive a FedEx tracking number and an estimated delivery date by email as soon as the label is created.
We ship wine to most U.S. states. The exceptions:
• We cannot ship wine to Utah, Mississippi, Rhode Island, Delaware or Arkansas.
• We cannot ship wine directly to a recipient in Alabama, but we can ship to a local ABC store for pickup.
• Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for flat-rate shipping.
• No PO boxes for wine — an adult signature is required on delivery.
Yes. Every package containing wine requires an adult 21+ signature on delivery, which is also why we can’t ship wine to a PO box. We ship via FedEx, and we recommend signing up for FedEx Delivery Manager — it lets you or your recipient reschedule, redirect and see proof of delivery.
We watch the forecast along the entire route. In warm months we pack in insulated boxes with ice packs and automatically upgrade to overnight shipping if anywhere on the route is forecast to reach 80°F or higher. You can also ask us to set a later ship date or hold your order until a heat wave passes.
Club members pay a flat $20 for 1–5 bottles and nothing on 6 bottles or more. For Non-Members shipping rates depend on State and service chosen between Ground, 3-day or Overnight. Shipping charges are calculated at check out.
