Kit’s Killer Cab brings the same spirit and energy that made this wine famous, with a delicious fruit profile everyone at the table tends to agree on. Bright berry fruit, notes of cedar and mocha, and a juicy, well-structured palate make this organically farmed Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon easy to share, and easy to justify keeping a bottle back for yourself. Named for Co-Founder Kit Crawford, whose reaction to that first barrel — “this is killer” — is still the reason for the name. Pairs with ribeye, NY strip steak, or gumbo.
