No oak ever touches this wine; it is aged exclusively in stainless steel to preserve every bit of that freshness. Grown and organically farmed in our Valle di Sotto Vineyard in Napa Valley’s Oak Knoll District, this is the kind of bottle that disappears faster than you planned for.
