Yes, there’s a $35 restocking fee per package for returned items.

Does someone need to sign for my delivery? Plus

Indeed, a person aged 21 or over must sign for the delivery.

Visit our Tasting Room or Enoteca Reservation portal to make your reservation or email or concierge at wineryexperience@cliffamily.com.

Can my friends and family use my member benefits in the Tasting Room? Plus

You bet! You can use our Pay it Forward option to extend up to 4 complimentary tasting experiences to your friends and family, even if you aren't going to be present for the tasting!
