Pear, orange blossom and honeysuckle! The palate is fruit filled and a nice rice texture that lingers as you sip. The last finish is zippy, thanks to the cool maritime influence at our Valle di Sotto vineyard in the Oak Knoll District. Pairs well with Chicken Tikka Masala and Seared Scallops.
