A library wine from our organically farmed, high-elevation Howell Mountain estate, and a good reminder of how consistent this single-vineyard site is. Bold aromas of dark fruit, tobacco, cedar, and toasted oak evolve into a powerful, full-bodied palate with firm, well-integrated tannins and the long, complex finish that marks great Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged 20 months in 100% new French oak and hand-harvested from our steep Croquet Vineyard on Ink Grade Road. It is exactly where you want it. Pairs with mushroom risotto and Italian beef.
