Ingredients
- 1 jar Clif Family Organic Blackberry Jam
- ½ cup ketchup
- ¼ tsp liquid smoke
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon Clif Family Napa Nash Hot Sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon Clif Family EVOO
- 1 tablespoon salt
Instructions
- Add Clif Family EVOO in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in blackberry jam, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, yellow mustard, liquid smoke and hot sauce.
- Simmer over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, for 10-15 minutes until thickened and glossy. Taste and adjust salt, heat, or vinegar. Serve with smoked brisket, BBQ pork ribs, BBQ chicken or grilled Tri-tip.
