Blackberry BBQ Sauce

Instructions

  1. Add Clif Family EVOO in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in blackberry jam, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, yellow mustard, liquid smoke and hot sauce.
  3. Simmer over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, for 10-15 minutes until thickened and glossy. Taste and adjust salt, heat, or vinegar. Serve with smoked brisket, BBQ pork ribs, BBQ chicken or grilled Tri-tip.
