The best hot sauce we make starts in the dirt. On our organic farm, we grow a specific blend of Fresno, Stocky Red Roaster, Aleppo, and Red Jalapeño peppers, and we pick them by hand—only when the flavor peaks.

Our Executive Chef, Magnus Young, built this sauce around the Napa Nash Hot Chicken Sandwich he serves off our food truck. It's the one people chase the truck down for.
