Gluten Free Rosemary Almond & Pistachio Crackers

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Finely grind nuts in a blender or food processor. Add to a mixing bowl and stir in egg, water, salt and stir until mixture forms a stiff dough. Place dough in between 2 sheets of parchment and roll out into a rectangular shape about 1/8” thick.
  3. Slice dough into desired shape and transfer parchment with dough onto a baking sheet.
  4. Top with fresh rosemary if desired.
  5. Bake for 8-12 minutes, keep an eye on them to avoid burning.
