2023 Tandem Red Wine Blend

Get ready to ride with the 2023 Tandem! This red wine is the perfect pairing—a vibrant blend of 62% Cabernet Franc and 38% Merlot that's absolutely singing with brightness. Sourced from our CCOF-certified organic Valle di Sotto Vineyard in the heart of Oak Knoll, this unique location enjoys cooling marine breezes at the southern end of Napa Valley, locking in that bright fruit flavor and fantastic acidity we love.

We hand-harvested these grapes in the crisp morning air, treated them to a brief cold soak, and then tucked them away for 16 months in French Oak to get all their bold, complex flavors ready for the road.

On the nose, it jumps out of the glass with intense notes of fresh blackberry, crushed raspberry, and a playful hint of black tea. The first sip is pure energy! Expect a burst of juicy red cherry and cranberry balanced by a touch of savory spice. The structure is sleek, and the wine finishes long and clean, leaving you with smooth tannins and an echo of dark cocoa.
