Soft and elegant, yet rich and chewy with cedar, cinnamon, and clove running through it to the last sip. Cima is Italian for "the peak," and every year the best barrels from our two Howell Mountain estate vineyards go into it — this one leaning on Croquet with Cold Springs alongside. Aged 20 months in 100% new French oak. Pairs with Porchetta or Carbonara.
