Cedar, tobacco, cocoa, and toffee unfold on the nose, with a rich mid-palate of blackberry pie and a structure that keeps shifting long after the last sip. The 2021 vintage is a blend of 81% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Cabernet Franc, 6% Malbec, and 5% Petit Verdot. Pair with prime rib, duck tacos, or pepperoni pizza.
