Ingredients
- 1 cup Clif Family Organic Smoked Pimenton Almonds, rough chopped
- 8 oz soft Manchego or sheep's milk cheese
- 2 tablespoons Clif Family Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon Clif Family Solar Grown Raw Honey
- ¼ teaspoon smoked Spanish paprika
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 crusty baguette, sliced (or crackers of choice)
Instructions
- Chop the almonds: Roughly chop Clif Family Organic Smoked Pimenton Almonds.
- Warm the oil and garlic: In a small cast iron or oven-safe skillet, warm olive oil with 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced over medium heat until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add the cheese: Nestle the 8 ounces ounces soft Manchego or sheep's milk cheese into the skillet. Drizzle with 1 teaspoons tsp honey and sprinkle with 0.3 teaspoons tsp smoked paprika (pimenton).
- Warm the cheese: Place over medium-low heat or in a 375°F oven until the cheese is soft and just beginning to melt at the edges or about 7 minutes.
- Top with almonds: Scatter the chopped almonds and 1 tablespoons tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped over the warm cheese.
- Serve: Serve immediately in the skillet with 1 crusty baguette or crackers of choice, sliced for scooping, and the remaining whole almonds on the side.
