Meyer Lemon Marmalade & Goat Cheese Crostini Board

Instructions

  1. Toast the baguette: Brush baguette slices with a drizzle olive oil and toast on the grill or in a 400°F oven until golden.
  2. Set out the goat cheese: Place goat cheese log on a board or shallow plate, leaving it whole or slightly flattened to create a well on top.
  3. Top with marmalade: Spoon Meyer Lemon Marmalade generously over the top of the goat cheese, letting it drip down the sides.
  4. Garnish: Scatter toasted pistachios, chopped and fresh thyme leaves over the top, finish with 1 pinch flaky sea salt.
  5. Serve: Serve immediately with the toasted baguette slices for spreading.
