Ingredients
- 8 ounces ounces soft goat cheese log
- ½ jar Clif Family Organic Meyer Lemon Marmalade
- 2 tablespoons Clif Family Organic Rosemary Almonds and Pistachios, chopped
- 1 teaspoon tsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1 pinch flaky sea salt
- 1 baguette, sliced and toasted
- Drizzle of Clif Family Extra Virgin Olive Oil, for the baguette
Instructions
- Toast the baguette: Brush baguette slices with a drizzle olive oil and toast on the grill or in a 400°F oven until golden.
- Set out the goat cheese: Place goat cheese log on a board or shallow plate, leaving it whole or slightly flattened to create a well on top.
- Top with marmalade: Spoon Meyer Lemon Marmalade generously over the top of the goat cheese, letting it drip down the sides.
- Garnish: Scatter toasted pistachios, chopped and fresh thyme leaves over the top, finish with 1 pinch flaky sea salt.
- Serve: Serve immediately with the toasted baguette slices for spreading.
