After your order is processed, you will be emailed a tracking number along with the anticipated delivery date.

How much is shipping?

The shipping cost is a flat rate of $20 for 3-Bottle Wine Drop Members and Complimentary for 6-bottle Wine Drop Members. Any order of 6+ bottles unlocks free shipping!

Where do you ship?

We ship to all US states except for Delaware, Mississippi, Rhode Island, and Utah.

How can I cancel my order?

What do I do if I didn't receive the correct product?

If you received the incorrect product, reach out to our membership team at membership@cliffamily.com.

What do I do if my package was delivered damaged?

In the unfortunate event of a damaged package, reach out to our membership team at membership@cliffamily.com for a replacement.

What do I do if my package was lost in transit?

If your package was lost, reach out to our membership team at membership@cliffamily.com, and we’ll assist in sending a replacement.

How do I skip or place a hold on my account?

Simply skip upcoming shipments through your account login upon receiving the two-week reminder. For holds, contact membership@cliffamily.com. Please note, members do not retain their benefits while their subscription is paused.

Is there a restocking fee for returned items?

Yes, there’s a $35 restocking fee per package for returned items.

Does someone need to sign for my delivery?

Indeed, a person aged 21 or over must sign for the delivery.

How can I track and make changes to my delivery?
