Three nights in the valley. Come midweek, when the valley slows down. You’ll have three weekday nights for two at a Napa Valley hotel, with plenty of time to explore, linger over lunch, and take the days as they come.
A table set for you. The prize brings a taste of our farm to your door, then welcomes you back to ours. You’ll receive a box of culinary goodies, artisan products from our farm, made to open and share — along with a farm-to-table lunch for two at the Clif Family Enoteca Tasting Salon, where the wine goes right on the table next to whatever’s cooking.

The “The Napa Table Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (and the District of Columbia) who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry. Proof of residency and age may be required. Employees and directors of Sponsor, alcohol beverage distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and their subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, and advertising or promotional agencies, or individuals involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the Sweepstakes, and the immediate family and household members of such individuals are not eligible to enter or win. “Immediate family members” shall mean parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live. “Household members” shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year, whether related or not. In order to enter the Sweepstakes or receive the prize, you must fully comply with the Official Rules and, by entering, you represent and warrant that you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, whose decisions shall be binding and final in all respects relating to this Sweepstakes. Sponsor encourages responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages. Alcohol is not awarded as part of the Sweepstakes prize. Void where prohibited.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta Platforms, Inc. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Instagram, Facebook, and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability associated with this Sweepstakes.
Sweepstakes begins September 1, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time and ends November 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (“Sweepstakes Entry Period”). Sponsor is the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is governed by these Official Rules and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
During the Sweepstakes Entry Period, entrants may visit the Sweepstakes landing page and complete the official entry form by providing their name, email address, date of birth, and state of residence, and follow the on-screen instructions to submit the entry. Once the entry form is completed and submitted, entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. You are not permitted to share the same email address with another entrant. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, or any other methods will be void and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries, all of which will be ineligible. In the event of a dispute as to any entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an internet access provider or organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged.
On or about December 2, 2026, Sponsor or Administrator will select one (1) entry for the prize described below in a random drawing of all valid entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Potential winner will be notified by email and will be required to respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. Potential winner must follow the initial prize claim instructions and any subsequent claim instructions, or the prize will be forfeited. Sponsor’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of the potential winner are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Failure by the potential Sweepstakes winner to respond within the required time after notification attempts may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate potential winner.
SPONSOR’S DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE ADMINISTRATION, OPERATION, SELECTION OF THE WINNER AND OTHER MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES
Potential winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and Publicity Release (where permitted by law) (collectively, the “Affidavit”) by the date specified by Sponsor. Potential winner’s guest may also be required to complete and return a Release of Liability and Publicity Release (where permitted by law) prior to participation in any prize-related activities. If potential winner or guest cannot be reached, notification is returned as undeliverable, potential winner declines or cannot accept the prize, potential winner or guest fails to timely complete and return required documents, or potential winner does not comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected from among the
remaining eligible entries. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the notification and Affidavit procedures in connection with the selection of an alternate potential winner.
One (1) prize will be awarded. The winner will receive:
● One (1) three (3)-night weekday hotel stay for two (2) at a participating Napa Valley hotel. Nights are limited to weeknights (arriving and departing Tuesday through Thursday) on dates mutually agreed upon between the winner and Sponsor.
● One (1) Culinary Box of artisanal food products from the Clif Family Farm
● One (1) Farm-to-Table lunch for the winner and one (1) guest at the Clif Family Enoteca Tasting Salon in St. Helena, California.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize: $2,500. All third-party trademarks, trade names, product names, and logos are the property of their respective owners. Reference to specific brands or products does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with this Sweepstakes.
Prize consists only of the items specifically described above.
● Winner is solely responsible for all costs and expenses not expressly stated as part of the prize, including but not limited to transportation, fuel, parking, meals, gratuities, incidental expenses, and personal expenses associated with prize use.
● Transportation to and from Napa Valley, California is not included.
● Lodging accommodations are subject to availability, blackout dates, and Sponsor approval. The three (3)-night hotel stay is valid for weeknights only (Tuesday through Thursday). Blackout dates apply. Sponsor does not guarantee availability for specific dates requested by winner; all dates are subject to mutual agreement between the winner and Sponsor.
● The Farm-to-Table lunch, tasting, and any related hospitality experiences are subject to availability, blackout dates, seasonal closures, and Sponsor approval, and must be scheduled in advance on dates mutually agreed upon with Sponsor.
● Prize lodging and experiences must be redeemed and completed by April 1, 2027, or the prize may be forfeited.
● Guest accompanying winner must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
● Sponsor is not responsible if any portion of the prize is delayed, postponed, modified, or cancelled for any reason. In such event, Sponsor shall have no obligation to provide substitute compensation except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
● Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced prize components once delivered to the winner.
● No cash equivalent for the prize. Prize is non-transferable and may not be sold or bartered.
● Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize (or any component) with one of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.
● Winner who is a U.S. resident is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and fees associated with prize receipt or use.
● Prize will be awarded only if the winner fully complies with these Official Rules
By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to: (a) comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are binding and final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes; and (b) release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, representatives, agents, and any other organizations responsible for sponsoring, administering or promoting the Sweepstakes from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, or liability arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize
Except where prohibited by law, winner’s acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city/state of residence, likeness, photograph, voice, and statements regarding the Sweepstakes for promotional purposes in any media worldwide without further compensation or approval.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who: (a) tampers with the entry process, (b) violates these Official Rules, or (c) attempts to enter multiple times using multiple identities or automated systems. In the event of any discrepancy between Sweepstakes-related materials and these Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail. Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) lost or late entries, (b) technical or network failures, (c) unauthorized human intervention, (d) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.
Entrant agrees that: (a) any disputes shall be resolved individually without class action; (b) any claims shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts of California; and (c) claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes. All issues and questions concerning these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
