- 1 cup Clif Family Organic Hot Honey Cashews and Peanuts
- 2 cups sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 Calabrian chilies in oil
- 1.5 cups grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp chili flakes
- 10 cloves of garlic, peeled, stems removed
- 1 cup Clif Family Organic Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 1.5 tsp salt
Directions
- Add all ingredients, minus the olive oil to a food processor.
- Pulse until a paste is formed.
- Use a spatula to scrape down the sides.
- Continue processing and slowly drizzle olive oil in through the top until smooth.
- Adjust seasoning as desired.
