We make our Red Pepper Jam in small batches in our Organic Farm Kitchen, using peppers grown organically just a few miles away at the Clif Family Farm. Small batches mean bigger flavor — sweet, a little spicy, and completely delicious.

Ingredients
6 oz Cowgirl Creamery Wagon Wheel Cheese, grated
½ cup Duke’s Mayonnaise
4 Tbsp Clif Family Organic Red Pepper Jam
½ tsp hot sauce
1 tsp white distilled vinegar
½ tsp smoked paprika
¼ tsp cayenne
4 Tbsp chives, finely sliced
Salt to taste
Combine ingredients and adjust salt to taste. Store in airtight container and serve with crackers, fresh vegetables or as a spread on a sandwich.
Pairing Suggestion: We recommend enjoying the dip with our 2024 Viognier. This bright and aromatic white wine is great for a dish with a little bit of heat.
