Recipe from the Clif Family Kitchen
Ingredients
6 oz TCHO 68% Choco Combo chocolate chunks, chopped (may sub semi-sweet chocolate chips)
¾ cup unsalted butter
1 cup light brown sugar
3 eggs
½ cup cocoa powder
¾ cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup Cabernet Sauvignon wine
1-2.5 oz pack Napa Noir, chopped into medium sized chunks (reserve)
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Pan spray an 8”x8” baking dish lined with parchment paper.
- Place butter and Choco Combo or semi-sweet chips in a heatproof bowl into microwave and melt (around 1-2 minutes) and stir until homogenous. Whisk in sugar, eggs, vanilla and Cabernet Sauvignon.
- Stir in dry ingredients and incorporate until smooth and lastly stir in chopped Napa Noir.
- Pour batter into the parchment lined baking pan and bake for 30 minutes. Rest for 30 minutes before removing it from pan and cutting it into desired pieces.
