On the Menu: The Zero-Waste Fritto Misto

This month’s Food Truck highlight is our Earth Month Fritto Misto, a crispy curation of often-overlooked farm elements like radish tops, shaved broccoli stalks, and snap pea pods. It’s a delicious way to celebrate the entire life cycle of the plant and our commitment to organic, zero-waste farming.

Better yet: 100% of Fritto Misto sales go directly to the Napa River Ecology Center, supporting their incredible work connecting our community to nature through art and science.

Sip & Support for Napa Green

Wednesday, April 15th Join us for a dedicated Sip & Support Day. 20% of all wine and Food Truck sales will be donated to Napa Green. This local nonprofit is doing the heavy lifting for climate action, providing the tools and certifications our valley needs to grow sustainably from soil to bottle.
