Napa Noir is a flavor explosion inspired by our Napa Valley home. Rich, fruit-forward cacao sourced from Africa and South America is infused with sea salt made from our
Kit’s Killer Cab Cabernet Sauvignon. Then we aged cacao nibs in our red wine barrels for up to eight months, giving them a complex and intriguing depth of flavor.

Collaborating with Laura Barrett, Clif Family’s Winemaker, to understand the nuances of their wines was instrumental in developing this truly Napa Valley-inspired chocolate bar.”
