Warm Spinach Artichoke Dip Made to Pair with White Wine

Craving something cozy and packed with flavor? This warm spinach and artichoke dip is about to become your new go-to for any gathering or quiet night in. It's creamy, cheesy, and addictingly good, all thanks to a special touch of Clif Family's White Wine Seasoning Blend. Made in small batches with dill, parsley, shallot, and fennel folded into white wine salt, it brings out the bright, fresh notes in your favorite white. Scoop it up with crunchy chips or slices of warm baguette, pour a crisp glass of Clif Family's Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc, and let everything come together. Ready to dig in?

Recipe by the Clif Family Culinary Team

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. fresh spinach
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. feta
8 oz. grated fontina
4 oz. finely grated Parmesan Reggiano
1 6 oz. jar of artichoke hearts, drained of liquid and roughly chopped
4 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 shallot, finely minced
2 Tbsp. Clif Family White Wine Seasoning Blend
2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS:  Preheat oven to 350° F. Blanch the spinach in generously salted boiling water for 10 seconds and shock in an ice bath. Ring out excess water and finely chop. Combine all ingredients in a stand mixer with the paddle attachment until homogeneous. You can also mix by hand with a mixing bowl and spatula. Transfer to an oven-proof crock or baking dish and bake until the top starts to caramelize, about 25-30 minutes. Stir and adjust seasoning with salt if necessary. Serve with fresh bread, pita, chips, or your favorite crackers.
