Rosemary Almond & Pistachio Dukkah

Recipe from the Clif Family Culinary Team Yield: 2 cups   INGREDIENTS: 1 package Clif Family Organic Rosemary Almonds & Pistachios, finely chopped in food processor ¼ cup toasted sesame seeds 2 tsp toasted cumin seeds, ground 1 Tbsp toasted fennel seeds, ground 2 tsp toasted coriander seeds, ground 1 tsp dried oregano 1 tsp cayenne pepper   DIRECTIONS: In a food processor, pulse the Rosemary Almonds & Pistachios until finely ground. Using a spice grinder or mortar & pestle, finely grind toasted cumin seeds, toasted coriander, and toasted fennel. In a mixing bowl, combine all the remaining ingredients and store in an airtight container.   SUGGESTED WINE PAIRING: A hand from out of frame is pouring a bottle of Clif Family Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc into a wine glass.
