Potato Salad with White Wine Somm Seasoning

Ingredients

2 lbs red potatoes cut into ¾” pieces 3 eggs ¼ cup finely chopped dill pickles 1 cup finely sliced scallions 2 Tbsp finely sliced chives 2 Tbsp chopped dill 2 stalks celery, small diced ¾ cup Duke’s or Kewpie Mayo 1 Tbsp smooth Dijon Juice of 1 lemon ½ tsp fresh ground black pepper 3 Tbsp Clif Family White Wine Somm Seasoning

Method

  1. Wash potatoes and cut into ¾” pieces. Simmer in salted water until tender. Drain and cool.
  2. Bring a small pot of water to boil and add 3 eggs. Boil for 9 minutes and shock in ice water. Peel and chop into ½” pieces.
  3. Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl until homogenous.
  4. Taste and adjust for seasoning to taste as necessary.
