Nestled amongst the natural beauty of Napa Valley, the Clif Family Organic Farm Kitchen is where nature’s bounty is transformed into delicious, preserved food. Our dedicated team transforms the fruit and vegetables from our organic Napa Valley Clif Family Farm into mouthwatering preserves that capture the essence of each season in a jar. From sun-ripened blueberries bursting with sweet flavor to heirloom peppers that deliver just the right punch of heat, our farm-to-jar approach ensures every spoonful delivers a burst of authentic and organic goodness.
We grow a variety of fruits and vegetables from lemons, blueberries and stone fruits to onions and a wide variety of peppers. Additionally, we collaborate with organic growers located within a 100-mile radius of our farm. This approach enables us to not only support local farmers but also provide our customers with a diverse range of exceptional preserved products.
As a proud B Corp Certified business, sustainability is deeply engrained in our approach to business. We blend time-honored preservation techniques with innovative recipes to create a range of delightful preserves that celebrate nature’s abundance. Every jar is a testament to our commitment to organic farming, responsible sourcing, and ethical business practices.
It takes a lot of hard work to take the beautiful produce our farm team grows and turn it into delicious, preserved food products. We couldn’t be more excited to have Dulce Noonan at the helm of this program. Dulce is our Preserved Food Production Manager. She came to Clif Family with over a decade of experience in the food industry and she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. Her passion for creating high-quality, healthy, and delicious food products is unmatched. We couldn't be more excited to have her on board.

Q. Tell us why you are passionate about preserved foods?
Having the opportunity to preserve as much as we can is great and fun. Just another way to take care of what Mother Nature gives us. Also, there are so many creative ways to preserve foods that the list is endless.
Q. What excites you most about the Clif Family preserved food program?
The fact that we use fruits from our organic farm, and we can make small batches and capture the greatest flavor of all of them in various ways. From the tree to the jar in a day. You can’t get better than this. Fruits are fresh, flavor is intense… it’s amazing!
Q. What does a typical day look like for you at Clif Family Organic Farm Kitchen?
We already know what is going to be cooked that day, so we like to start pretty early, play some music, measure the ingredients, and the magic begins. We love when our coworkers stop by to learn more about what we are doing and to see their faces when they taste what’s in the pot. It’s rewarding.
Q. How do you decide which flavors to combine and which ones to feature in our seasonal line of preserves?
This is a group effort. When the flavors are decided, we perform some tests to develop the product. Once we have perfected them, depending on the harvesting times, we decide when we are going to launch for each season.
Q. What is an upcoming release that you're excited about?
Organic Peach Habanero Preserves! The sweetness from the peaches combined with a little bit of habanero makes a GREAT combination. Pair it with cheese and you’ll be delighted!
