Clif Family Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc

Ingredients :

1 each – Miyoko’s (6.5oz) wheel of Classic Chive cheese
1 each – rustic loaf of bread for grilling as bruschetta
1 each – garlic clove
1 each – Clif Family organic Red Pepper Jam
1 each – Clif Family organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Spicy greens to garnish (radish sprouts, arugula, mustards)
Coarse flake sea salt
Lemon to squeeze

Method:

To put this together, slice the bread loaf thicker than you would for a sandwich. Preheat the grill and prepare the rest of your ingredients. Begin to grill the bread on both sides until a toasty crust is achieved. Brush either side with extra virgin olive oil and return to the grill. Once heated again, brush one side with the clove of garlic. Transfer hot bread to a serving platter and top immediately with Miyoko’s Classic Chive cheese smeared end to end. Drizzle dollops of pepper jam across the Bruschetta. Top with crunchy salt, olive oil and spicy greens. Eat while still warm and serve with a crisp white wine like our Rte Blanc, Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc.
